OSHA 30-Hour Training - General Industry
Advanced Safety Leadership & Compliance Training
Led by an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, this 30-hour program designed for employees with safety responsibilities. This course provides an in-depth dive into hazard recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention based on OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards.
Delivered on-site by an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer, this program allows your leadership team to analyze safety protocols within context of your specific facility, fostering a stronger internal safety culture. .
Key Program Features
Duration: Conducted over a minimum of four consecutive days to comply with OSHA’s mandatory 7.5-hour daily contact limit on instruction.
Format: In-person, interactive training featuring site-specific Q&A, real-world case studies, and hands-on demonstrations.
Customized Learning: Includes specialized elective modules tailored to the unique hazards and machinery found at your site.
Certification: Upon successful completion, all participants will receive an official Department of Labor (DOL) OSHA 30-Hour General Industry card.

Attendance & Logistics
To maintain the quality of instruction and meet federal compliance standards, the following attendance guidelines apply:
Minimum Class Size: 3 Students
Maximum Class Size: 40 Students (to ensure adequate instructor-to-student interaction)
Schedule: Four days of instruction, maximum of 7.5 hours per day instructor/student contact time. Mandatory 10 minute break every 2 hours and 30 minute lunch after 5 hours.
Location: Training is held at your facility. The client is responsible for providing a classroom-style environment with sufficient seating and audiovisual capabilities (screen or monitor).
