Key Program Features

  • Certification: Upon successful completion, all participants will receive an official Department of Labor (DOL) OSHA 10-Hour General Industry card.

    • Walking and Working Surfaces (including Fall Protection)

    • Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, and Fire Prevention

    • Electrical Safety

  • 2-hour Required Elective Modules (Minimum length 30 minutes per topic/at least 2 topics required):

    • Hazardous Materials

    • Permit-Required Confined Spaces

    • Lockout/Tagout

    • Welding, Cutting, and Brazing

    • Introduction to Industrial Hygiene

To maintain the quality of instruction and meet federal compliance standards, the following attendance guidelines apply:

  • Minimum Class Size: 3 Students

  • Maximum Class Size: 40 Students (to ensure adequate instructor-to-student interaction)

  • Schedule: Two days of instruction, maximum of 7.5 hours per day instructor/student contact time. Mandatory 10 minute break every 2 hours and 30 minute lunch after 5 hours.

  • Location: Training is held at your facility. The client is responsible for providing a classroom-style environment with sufficient seating and audiovisual capabilities (screen or monitor).
